Reinforced Macroperforated Stretch Film TOP

The ultimate breakthrough in the ventilation and load stability of palletised goods.

Ideal for palletising products which need transpiration / ventilation. It allows quicker cooling and / drying of palletised goods.

It 's easy to apply - just like normal stretch film.

Gives greater load stability than normal stretch film - preventing load movement.
Avoids the formation of internal condensation
Allows quicker freezing
Allows better cooling
Provides excellent ventilation
It has a constant internal temperature

Specifications:

100% Polyethylene, easy to recycle and dispense of after use.
N1 (non pre-stretched) – Can be stretched up to 300% through a pre-stretch power head on a pallet wrapper. Target market – Manufacturing & distribution.
P1 (Pre-stretched) – the product has been stretched during manufacture. A minimal stretch of up to 50% is left in the film. Target market – Machine and Hand – Fruit and vegetable growers and Manufacturing and distribution centres who do not have pre-stretch power heads on their pallet wrappers.
The film has amazing holding force which in combination with its excellent sideways tension offers perfect pallet stability without damaging the carton boxes or other packaging materials.
Consider the use of Reinforced Macroperforated Stretch film for:
- Hot palletised products that need to avoid condensation within the pallet (eg soft drinks, beer, canned food, pharmaceutical products, pet food, etc.
- Chilled and deep frozen products requiring fast cooling after palletising (eg meat, fish, frozen snacks etc).
