The SpinoWraptor PRO is remote controlled, has automatic film attachment to the pallet and automatic film cutting and sealing. The operator never has to touch the machine or the pallet of goods during the wrapping cycle.

Remote Control - Automatic application of film to pallet at commencement of cycle, and automatic cut and seal at the end of the cycle. Traditional pallet wrappers require the operator to tie the film to the pallet, and then at the end of the wrap cycle needs to cut the film and tie it off.

Fully Programmable Wrapping Cycles - 8 different cycles can be programmed and individually named for easy identification. The programs allow optimum film use and load stability, for different pallet wrapping requirements.

Power Pre-Stretch (500%) - maximises film use and saves money.

Spino Wraptor Trans - Automatic                                                                                                                     TOP

The SpinoWraptor TRANS is the absolute top of the class. The SpinoWraptor TRANS is remote controlled, has automatic film attachment to the pallet and automatic film cutting and sealing. The operator never has to touch the machine or the pallet of goods during the wrapping cycle.

The SpinoWraptor TRANS shown above is designed to handle 3 pallets at a time. Typically there will be a pallet which has been wrapped, one being wrapped and the next to be wrapped. This allows for the fastest possible solution to warehouse logistics without the need to have in line pallet wrapping facilities.

While the operator is moving the wrapped pallet the wrapping cycles are continuing, and when the pallet on the middle section (the turntable) has been wrapped it advances automatically to the completed section and the unwrapped pallet is automatically moved to the turntable and wrapping begins, at this time the operator would load another unwrapped pallet and then pickup the wrapped pallet. Continuous flow and speed of operation makes this the best solution for high volume requirements.
