bio-dragradable void fill solutions.

RITE
- EDGE TOP
Rite-Edge is available in Kraft (brown) or White
full cover. In most cases the white finish provides adequate
moisture resistance but for special applications where extreme
moisture resistance is required the boards can be coated with
a polyethylene film.
We carry in stock various lengths with thicknesses of 2mm
and of 3.5mm. This specification can be used in almost every
application. The board can be cut to size for a very small
charge. However if you have a regular requirement for a standard
size we will bring that size in as a finished good.
Rite-Edge is available in lengths to at least 6 metres and
thickness from 2.0mm to 8.0mm.
Rite-Edge can be printed to requirements, or have special
characteristics to suit end-user requirements. For example
the requirement might be for chamfered edges, notching or
adhesive strips for easier packing.

AIR
SPACE MACHINE
 The
AirSpace Machine produces interior packaging materials for
dunnage and light cushioning applications. Using durable coex
film, the AirSpace system produces reusable, lightweight air
pillows that fill any void or provide light cushioning for
any packed need.
The self-contained unit is a "plug 'n play" (just
plug it in and you're ready to go) packaging system weighing
less than 50kg. It plugs into a standard outlet and because
of its compact design requires only 500mm x 1000mm of floor
space. PLC operation provides remote programming capabilities
and real-time troubleshooting through connection with a PC
modem.
AirPillows are produced efficiently on demand. Adjustable
pillow sizes make it easy to produce the correct size pillow
for any package - saving valuable storage space, time and
money.
